Swedish massage

One of the most commonly-used massage techniques. It uses long, flowing strokes and kneading movements to promote relaxation while easing muscle aches and pains. The use of massage oils combined with long, smooth, slow strokes create a very relaxing experience. A perfect introduction to massage.

Deep tissue massage

This massage technique uses firm pressure to go deep into muscle tissue, releasing long-standing muscle tension. This is not recommended for a first-time massage or for sensitive people.

Sports massage

This massage technique focuses on loosening tightness in the body and relieving soreness. Great before or after athletic activities.

Seated massage (Chair massage)

This technique uses a special ergonomically-designed chair that evenly distributes body weight. The result is a feeling of lightness and relaxation. The back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands are massaged. No oils are used and you remain fully clothed.
